Allfirst elects new board
Stockholders in the AIB subsidiary AllFirst have elected a new twelve-member board of directors at a meeting in Baltimore today.
Six directors from the original 16-member board were dropped by the stockholders and two new
members were elected.
Among those leaving the bank was Frank Bramble, the former AllFirst CEO who brought forward his retirement after the Rusnak trading controversy.
The two new members were Eugene Sheehy, former managing director of AIB, and Michael Sullivan, a former US Ambassador to Ireland.
