TCH buy Sunday Business Post
Thomas Crosbie Holdings Limited, Ireland's fastest growing media group, has acquired The Sunday Business Post, the leading national business newspaper, from Trinity Mirror plc for 10m, subject to the approval of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
The group now has 12 newspaper titles across the Republic and Northern Ireland.
The deal represents the sixth acquisition of a newspaper title by Thomas Crosbie Holdings in just 2 years.
Commenting on the acquisition of The Sunday Business Post, Mr. Anthony Dinan, Managing Director, Thomas Crosbie Holdings said: "This is a very significant investment for our Group.

With regard to further potential acquisitions by Thomas Crosbie Holdings, Mr. Dinan said: "We are certainly interested in other media opportunities that we feel we can grow while getting a good return and good value."
The Sunday Business Post has a current readership of 160,000.
Thomas Crosbie Holdings has made significant investments in all of its titles in the past year which has seen circulation and readership rise across the Group.
