Salesforce.com Announces Over 4,000 Customers

Online CRM provider, salesforce.com, which operates its international headquarters in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, has announced that it has broken the 4,000 customer mark.

Online CRM provider, salesforce.com, which operates its international headquarters in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, has announced that it has broken the 4,000 customer mark.

Salesforce.com is available in local languages throughout the top CRM markets in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, including recent releases of German, Japanese and Swedish versions of the product.

The company plans to continue its international expansion with Korean, Chinese, French, Italian and Spanish versions in the next six months.

Salesforce.com has signed up global operations for many customers around the world, including USA Today in the United States, Kikkoman in Japan, and Le Méridien hotels worldwide.

Of its thousands of customers, many have standardised on local products for their region, choosing salesforce.com for a seamless global offering.

As a global online CRM solution provider, salesforce.com adds value to the international marketplace, which Aberdeen Group predicts will reach $28bn (€45.4bn) in 2005.

Salesforce.com's web-based architecture allows international companies to share information throughout the world in real time while advanced global functionality provides users with localised language and currency.
