WCI awarded IITT support centre accreditation
WCI has been awarded the UK Institute of IT Training's Technical Support Centre Accreditation. Technical support centres offer remote users solutions to often-inexplicable technical hitches.
The support analysts need to use their expertise to solve a variety of problems, not least calming down irate users.
