WBT'sTopClass wins award for Dow Chemical

CIO Magazine has announced that The Dow Chemical Company has won their Enterprise Value Award for their in-house e-Learning system. This system, [e-mail], is an enterprise-wide, global implementation of WBT System's TopClass e-Learning suite.
