Point epoint wins accolade

Point Information Systems, a global provider of CRM solutions and the largest European CRM vendor, has announced that e-point has been named by ISM Inc., a leading CRM consulting firm, as one of its Top 15 CRM software packages for 2002.

The award follows Point's previous success in the ISM Top 15 awards - with e-point last year, and with its previous TeamPoint offering in 2000. ISM's Top 15 selections are featured in the 10th anniversary edition of 'The guide to CRM automation' (www.ismguide.com).

e-point was chosen from dozens of CRM software packages, which were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its headquarters based in Bethesda, WashingtonDC. Each solution was rated according to 166 selection criteria, including 107 business functions, 41 technical features and 18user-friendliness/support features.

Barton Goldenberg, President of ISM and co-founder and co-chairman of DCI's CRM conference and Expo, made the announcement during a ceremony at DCI's Chicago CRM Conference and Exposition.
