Sonera sells 10% Conduit holding

Conduit has announced the successful placing by Sonera Media Holdings of 1,732,623 Global Depositary Receipts, representing 9.98% of Conduit's existing issued share capital.

These securities were placed by Davy Stockbrokers on February 14, primarily with global institutional investors, at a placing price of 2.20 per share.
