Sonera sells 10% Conduit holding

Conduit has announced the successful placing by Sonera Media Holdings of 1,732,623 Global Depositary Receipts, representing 9.98% of Conduit's existing issued share capital.

These securities were placed by Davy Stockbrokers on February 14, primarily with global institutional investors, at a placing price of 2.20 per share.

In addition, a number of non-executives in the company - Laurence K. Shields, Michael Tunney and Pat McDonagh - subscribed for 100,000 GDR's each, increasing their individual holdings from 2.67% to 3.15%, from 0.96% to 1.54% and from 0.36% to 0.94%.
