Headway win major award

Headway Software has announced that its reverse engineering product, Headway reView, has won the Crossroads A-List Award for Software Visualisation and Comprehension.

The selection process for the awards is a comprehensive suite of customer interviews, product reviews and industry analyses.

Winning products must have early adopters who are deriving real, measurable benefit from their use.

In September, Headway Software submitted its development tool, Headway reView to Open Systems Advisors Inc. for evaluation.

First released in June, 2001, Headway reView is a source code visualisation and analysis tool for Java and C++ software developments.

In November, Headway won the Irish Software Association Technical Innovation Award, 2001 for its two development tools Headway reView 2.4 and Headway freeView Publisher 2.4.

In May, 2001 the company received funding of $ 1.5m from Enterprise Ireland, Delta Partners and others.
