Perormix Technologies closes €12m funding
Performix has obtained €12m funding in a round led by Highland Capital Partners, with previous investor ICC Software Partners also participating.
The round was a Series B round and brought total cumulative investment to more than €28.8m.
Joining the board as part of this announcement are Paul Maeder, Managing General and Bob Davis, Venture Partner, Highland Capital Partners. The latest funding is to be used to execute the company's growth strategy, both in terms of developing new software and also in further expansion into the US and European markets.
Commenting on the company Bob Davis of Highland Capital Partners said "Performix Technologies has developed a market leading solution that is clearly unique - Emvolve Performance Manager harnesses the power of employees to drive performance, productivity and profit."
Emvolve Performance Manager, allows organisations to optimise the performance of its employees within a contact centre environment.
Based in Dublin, Performix presently employs around 100 people and expects to increase this significantly within the next few months.
The company was established in 1998 by Cathal and Ray McGloin. Current customers include Cable and Wireless, Digifone, eircom, and AOL Europe.
