Baltimore says there are still possible buyers for Content Technologies

On a report that Apax Partners were no longer bidding for Baltimore’s subsidiary Content Technologies, shares in Baltimore fell sharply on the London Stock Exchange.

However, the shares recovered somewhat on a statement by the company that there was at least one other partner interested in buying it.

Baltimore has been looking for a purchaser for Content for sometime. Last September there were indications that it might be bought by SurfControl but that has not taken place up to now.
