Temenos announces major client win

Temenos [SWX:TEMN] has announced that it has concluded a contract for its TEMENOS GLOBUS private banking platform with Schroders Private Banking, a division of the Schroder Group.

The contract is initially for implementing GLOBUS in the private banking units in London and Switzerland.

The Schroder Group is an asset management company with Stg £122.6bn assets under management as of 30th June, 2001.

Temenos is a global vendor of integrated banking software that supports international banking.

Its solutions are utilised in a variety of segments, including retail and wholesale banking, as well as for treasury and accounting functions.

Customers include Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Merrill Lynch.

It has 40 offices in 28 countries, including Ireland, and has installed over 400 systems since its founding in 1993.
