Rooney brings action against Baltimore

Fran Rooney has filed a law suit against Baltimore.

The high profile company has said that it will defend the law suit from the former CEO.

Mr Rooney is claiming that the new chief executive, Bijan Khezri, breached an agreement by attacking him in newspaper interviews.

Comments made by Mr Khezri, in an interview to the London Independent in October related to Mr Rooney's salary of Stg £450,000.

Mr Khezri, as CEO now has a salary of Stg £150,000.

The company said that it had a strong case in defending the action.
