Navan Mining in talks with Deutsche Bank to raise bridging loan
Navan Mining PLC said it is in discussions with Deutsche Bank AG, as the company's principal bankers, to assist the company in securing bridging loan.
The group's shares were suspended on December 3 because of the uncertainty in the company's financial position which is driven by the extreme volatility in metal prices.
The group said it has been in discussions with investors who will subscribe for significant equity capital but such subscription would take at least four weeks to complete. It is therefore in talks with Deutche Bank to secure bridging finance for this period.
In the meantime, it has requested its shares remain suspended.
