Lastminute.com and AOL strike e-commerce partnership
Lastminute.com has announced that it has signed an e-commerce deal with AOL Europe.
The partnership will see the dotcom's search and booking facilities incorporated into AOL's English, French and German sites.
The deal extends an existing two-year marketing alliance between the two companies.
Lastminute.com says the new deal will mean that AOL's five million users will have 'one-click' access to its holiday, entertainment booking and gift offerings.
There will also be occasional offers not available to regular Lastminute.com customers.
