Network 365 forms alliance with TIS Corporation of Japan

Network 365 and TIS have formed a strategic alliance to jointly target new business development opportunities in Japan.

Network 365, based in Wicklow, is a provider of applications platforms for mobile phones.

Employing 2000 people, information services corporation TIS, is a publicly quoted company on the Tokyo and Osaka exchanges.

It provides network communications software, systems and database construction and configuration services to enable m-commerce operations on the web.

It is to integrate Network's 365's mzone suite of mobile commerce applications into its overall services offering.

This should enable its customers, Japanese businesses engaging in m-commerce, to provide secure transaction capabilities in mobile operating environments.
