Espion launched by Taoiseach

Espion, an Irish intrusion detection distribution company, was officially launched by the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern.

The company aims to offer the latest in intrusion detection software and services. It is operating a distribution model with sales directed through a reseller channel.

The Taoiseach said at the launch: "The number of targets for hacking is endless and creates a challenge for yet another attack on industry standard security mechanisms. Detecting intrusion is critical to protecting your business."
