Vertex adopts Amacis Visibility

Vertex has adopted Amacis Visibility, from Belfast company Amacis, as its e-channel management platform.

Vertex is one of the UK's leading business process outsourcing companies, specialising in customer management.

The solution is initially being used to handle customer e-mail communication for TXU in the UK, on whose behalf Vertex provides a range of services to 5.5 million TXU Energi customers.

Vertex outsourcing deal with TXU is worth more than £650m and is one of the world's largest customer services management agreements.
