Datalex appoints Michael Quinn to its Board

Michael Quinn has been appointed to the Board of Datalex, as a non-executive director.

Quinn, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, is currently Chief Executive of ICC Bank.

He will move to a non-executive role in the bank in February, 2002, having spent ten years as its CEO.

Michael Quinn is a Director of Power Leisure and a board member of the Institute of Public Administration.

Datalex [Nasdaq@DLEX;ISE:DLE], is a provider of technology solutions to the global travel and transportation industry.

It will announce its results for the third quarter on 7th November, 2001.
