Xertel to merge with UK company WideAwake

Xertel has announced that it has merged with WideAwake, a technical services and monitoring company headquartered in Bristol, England.

The CEO of Xertel, Adrian Wooster, will remain the CEO of the new company.

Xertel’s headquarters will remain in CityWest in Dublin, where 12 people are employed.

Xertel was founded a year ago and is a telecommunications enhancement and management company.

It recently announced first round funding of stg£300,000 from a private investor.

The product WideAwake is a technical services tool that allows Service Providers [SPs] or Outsourced Partners to manage remote sites.
