Baltimore shares fell in London on Friday on rumours that Surfcontrol no longer wanted to buy the Baltimore-owned Content Technologies.

Baltimore shares fell in London on Friday on rumours that Surfcontrol no longer wanted to buy the Baltimore-owned Content Technologies.

In September, Surfcontrol, which helps firms block employee access to pornographic web sites, indicated it was interested in buying Content, which at that time was valued at around Stg £50m.

Baltimore hopes to get at least Stg £20m from its sale.
