Terror attacks 'to cost late-break UK tourism £1bn'
The terrorist attacks in America are likely to cost UK tourism £1bn in lost visitor numbers in the last three months of 2001.
The British Tourist Authority says the estimate comes as latest figures show North American visitor numbers were recovering just before the terrorist atrocities.
