Crossair takes over 110 Swissair short-haul flights

Crossair has taken over 110 of Swissair's short-haul flights, a third of the total.

Swissair had suspended flights for two days after it filed for creditor protection.

It has now resumed a sharply reduced schedule, with around 30 short-haul and 20 long-haul flights.

This follows a decision by the Swiss government yesterday to make around £190m in credit available to the carrier.
