Shares plummet after US attacks
Shares plummeted all over the world today in the aftermath of the huge terrorist attacks on the US.
Trading ceased on the Dow Jones straight after the first attack and the London Stock Exchange building was evacuated shortly after its stocks fell through the floor.
It is not known what effect these attacks will have on share prices over the long-term.
Yesterday, recession was threatened when the London FTSE fell below 5000 points for the first time in three years.
