Luton Airport faced the possibility of falling into foreign ownership today after it emerged that French construction firm Vinci was considering making a bid for airport group TBI.

Luton Airport faced the possibility of falling into foreign ownership today after it emerged that French construction firm Vinci was considering making a bid for airport group TBI.

Vinci said it had acquired a 14.9% stake in the group, which runs a range of airports including Luton, home of budget airline easyJet, Cardiff International, and Belfast International.
