A recent cut in the price of fuel could be shortlived as OPEC has agreed to cut production by 1.5m barrels of oil a day.

The move by the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries is aimed at boosting prices.

The Iraqi Oil Minister has claimed the reduction will also bring stability back to the market.
