Healthcare recruiter TTM Healthcare sees profits treble
The Ennis-based company is headed by former Irish boxing international and EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist Brian Crowley and its revenues soared by 34%, to €43.32m, new accounts show.
Mr Crowley established the firm in 2008, aged just 25, and the business has enjoyed exponential growth since its first year. Earlier this year, Irish private equity firm Broadlake took a 30% stake, supporting TTM’s strategy to triple revenues and double its workforce over the next five years.
TTM Healthcare does not represent the entire revenues for the TTM Group. The larger group had revenues in excess of €50m last year and has a strong international footprint with over 50% of its business occurring outside of Ireland. The group also has a social care services delivery division.
As much as 52% of revenues in 2015 were generated from divisions established since 2011, highlighting the speed of growth in recent years.
TTM has offices in Ireland, the UK, Germany, and Poland as well as a large network of international partners across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Numbers employed by TTM Healthcare, alone, last year increased from 692 to 956.
TTM Healthcare has established a niche in sourcing much sought-after specialist healthcare staff from overseas for developed Western European markets for both its own healthcare facilities and those of its clients.
