Louis Vuitton luxury sales here soar to €8m last year

It is a sure sign that the good times are back for some with sales of Louis Vuitton luxury goods here soaring more than 50% to €8m last year. Part of the multi-billion stockmarket-listed LVMH Moet Hennessy luxury brands company, Louis Vuitton is the world’s most valuable luxury brand.

It also has Dior, Givenchy and Moet & Chandon in its extensive luxury goods portfolio. The Paris-listed shares have risen over 12% this year.

New accounts for the Irish arm of Louis Vuitton show that profits skyrocketed here to over €1.76m last year.
