Graeme McDowell's Boyport Services sees total profits soar

Accumulated profits at the commercial firm owned by golfer Graeme McDowell soared to €12.7m last year.

Newly-filed accounts for the former Ryder Cup hero’s Boyport Services business show accumulated profits jumped from $2.45m to $14.3m (€12.7m) in 2015, despite the golfer’s on-course dip in form.

McDowell’s prize money from playing on the US PGA tour last year declined from $2m to just under $700,000.
