Developer Johnny Ronan’s Dublin 4 plan attracts objections

A plan by developer Johnny Ronan for an upmarket residential development in Dublin 4 where residents will have access to a communal smart car has been thrown into question.

This follows three appeals lodged to An Bord Pleanála against the Dublin City Council decision to give Mr Ronan’s firm, RGRE J&R Appian Ltd, the go-ahead to build 15 apartments at Appian Way in D4.

The council did not grant permission for a penthouse apartment and Mr Ronan’s firm has appealed that.
