Cork’s Ecanvasser among best US campaign tools

A Cork-based startup’s canvassing app has been named one of the most important campaign tools in the US as the race to become the next president of the United States gathers pace.

The Ecanvasser campaign tool, developed by company founder Brendan Finucane, syncs canvassing data between the user’s smartphone app and a cloud-based dashboard, eliminating the traditional paper trail in doing so.

The innovative solution, which grew out of a college project, has been recognised by Washington D.C. consultancy group, The Campaign Workshop, as one the best campaign tools ahead of the US presidential election.
