Declan Kelly firm acquires Dublin-based PSG

Teneo, the international executive advisory firm co-founded by Declan Kelly and headquartered in the US, has acquired Dublin-based public relations agency PSG Communications for an undisclosed sum.

PSG was established two years ago via the merger of established PR firms Pembroke Communications and Slattery Communications.

PSG’s existing senior management team, including chief executive Mick O’Keeffe and executive chairman Padraig Slattery, will continue in their roles.
