Irish consumers are having a love affair with mayonnaise — they are putting it on sandwiches instead of butter — eating it on burgers and using tikka and taco flavoured mayonnaise to spice up meals.

So say the founders of Limerick startup Global Sauces who have created a range of 34 different types of table sauces, including both traditional and spicy ones as well as 13 varieties of mayonnaise.
