Top US academic to visit NUIG for Atlantic Centre for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development event

A leading US academic is to address aspiring entrepreneurs in NUI Galway as part of a week-long series of events at the newly established Atlantic Centre for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development.

Robert Rosenberg of Chicago Booth School of Business — one of the top business schools in the world — is in Galway this week discussing the challenges in scaling a business.

“Building the next billion dollar company in Ireland depends on having the skillset to scale a business from a start-up and our focus is putting the structure and the skills in place now, to allow that to happen,” said NUIG adjunct lecturer in entrepreneurship Caitríona Lynch.
