€90k to coach Central Bank’s leaders

The Central Bank is set to splurge again on coaching experts this year for its leadership staff after spending more than €90,000 on coaching services over the past two years.

The bank has tendered for coaching services for leadership roles, emerging leaders, and those leaders returning to work after an extended period away from the workplace due to career breaks, maternity leave or secondment.

Yesterday, the Central Bank confirmed that last year, it spent €18,000 on coaching services. This followed a spend €75,000 in 2014 resulting in a total outlay of €93,000 over the two years.
