Ex-UFC fighter Cathal Pendred posts profit

Ex-UFC star Cathal Pendred’s entertainment firm is banking on the Dubliner winning profitable acting roles.

The mixed martial arts fighter retired from the Octagon last November to pursue other interests after failing to secure the Conor McGregor type multi-million dollar mega-paydays.

Now, the first set of accounts for Pendred’s Sports Entertainment firm lodged with the Companies Office show the company recorded a post-tax profit of €38,208 in the 12 months to the end of June.
