US firm Fluor to offer bonds in euro on ECB stimulus

US engineering and construction firm Fluor is marketing bonds in euro as the company takes advantage of falling borrowing costs following fresh stimulus measures by the ECB.

The firm plans to sell €500 million of seven-year notes, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified.

Fluor will use proceeds to pay off debt used for its purchase of Netherlands-based Stork Holding, a deal it finalised earlier this month, the person said.
