One51 buys UK business H&T

Plastics and environmental group One51 has purchased UK-based specialist industrial services business, H&T Labour and Vacuumation Services (H&T) for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will expand the Dublin-based niche investment group’s ClearCircle Environmental hazardous waste subsidiary, which will subsume the H&T business.

“The acquisition of H&T is part of our strategy to position and expand ClearCircle within specialist niche areas of the environmental services sector in Ireland and the UK,” said One51 chief executive, Alan Walsh.
