Martin Shanahan’s Fishy Fishy firm in Kinsale adds to profits haul

TV celebrity chef Martin Shanahan landed a large haul of profits in 2014, as accumulated profits at his Kinsale Fishy Fishy restaurant jumped to over €1.22m.

New accounts for the restaurant business and Mr Shanahan’s Fishy Fishy shop in the gourmet Cork town show that accumulated profits increased last year by €117,927.

Mr Shanahan established Fishy Fishy about 10 years ago. It now has a capacity for 140 customers.
