Apology - Yvonne McConnon

The headline of an article published by us in January 6, 2016, entitled "Court grants credit or respite to McConnon Meats owners" incorrectly suggested that Yvonne McConnon, a joint owner of McConnon Meats Limited, had made an application to the High Court pursuant to the Personal Insolvency Act. 

Ms. McConnon was not a party to the application to the court and did not seek any 'credit or respite' from the court. We acknowledge that Ms.McConnon's creditworthiness has never been in question and we apologise to her for the fact that our headline suggested otherwise.
