Leading trainer Willie Mullins sees accumulated profits at his Closutton Transport firm jump

Champion trainer Willie Mullins is also a winner away from the race course, with accumulated profits at his horse transport firm last year jumping to €415,232.

New accounts lodged with the Companies Office show that pre-tax profits at his Closutton Transport Ltd firm last year increased by 45% to €55,640.

Revenues increased by 22%, going from €248,021 to €304,341.
