Construction Industry Federation calls for investment in Cork’s infrastructure

The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) called on the Government to put aside sufficient funding from the Public Capital Programme to upgrade key transport, educational and residential infrastructure in the region.

Among the projects identified as critically important to securing economic growth were a number of major road network upgrades including the Dunkettle Interchange and Macroom bypass in Cork.
