Kerry tent firm pitches for camping sector dominance

Tent firm is warming up for market push.

Aiming to take some of the noise, the cold and the hardship out of camping, Kerry company Thermo Tent has set out to produce the world’s first thermally and acoustically insulated tent.

Company founder Derek O’Sullivan has developed a tent with a triple layer of insulation and launched it on the company website at the start of the summer.
