Greencore group confident of strong growth

Greencore has said it remains confident of achieving 8%-14% growth in adjusted earnings per share this year, on the back of delivering a 6.2% annualised revenue rise in its third quarter.

The convenience food group’s financial year runs to the end of September.

For its third quarter — the three months to the end of June —the company, yesterday, reported total revenues of £346.5m (€490m); marking a year-on-year increase of 6.2%.
