€50m upgrade to ABP facilities to create 152 jobs in Tipperary
Taoiseach Enda Kenny, who launched the re-development yesterday, with Jobs Minister Richard Bruton, said the investment is another sign of the progress, momentum and confidence in the agri-food industry. âIâm delighted Government was able to support this investment, in a collaboration of state and private sectors, which is essential to ensure future growth and success,â he said.
The flagship facilities in Cahir are part of the ABP Food Group, one of Europeâs leading privately-owned agri-business companies, which employs over 8,000 people.
