Cork Chamber applauds new Cityjet route to London

Cork Chamber president, Barrie O’Connell has welcomed UK airline Cityjet’s announcement of a Cork to London City Airport route.

“This new route will give business and tourist travellers increased access to and from the very centrally located London City Airport,” said Mr O’Connell.

The new service will add 3,420 seats each week from Cork Airport and expands on its short-haul network of 50 routes to destinations in UK and continental Europe.
