Dublin IT company lands €170k contract with NUIG

Ward Solutions has landed a €170,000 contract to implement IT security system upgrades across the National University of Ireland, Galway’s (NUIG) campus and educate staff on the dangers of cyber attacks.

Ward Solutions, based in Dublin, won the tender to help the university manage and monitor its IT security and implement new policies and procedures to protect against vulnerabilities.

Having carried out an initial risk assessment of the university’s IT systems, vulnerabilities were identified and tested.
