IFDS adds 75 jobs in further Irish expansion

A leading global specialist technology solutions business is set to expand its Irish operations by adding another 75 jobs to its base here.

International Financial Data Services (IFDS) employs more than 550 people in Ireland, up from 125 seven years ago and is expanding its European presence (which also runs across Luxembourg, the UK, Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland) after amassing a healthy pipeline of new business across the areas of insurance, pensions, asset management and the wider financial services industries.

The company — a joint venture between State Street and Kansas-based data management firm, DST Systems — is a world leader in the area of outsourced technology solutions for the financial services industry.
