Lavin mansion hearing adjourned for fifth time

An application for re-possession, to remove the businesswoman Jackie Lavin from a luxury Italianate mansion, formerly owned by her partner Bill Cullen, in the heart of the Killarney National Park has been adjourned — for the fifth time.

Ms Lavin is claiming ownership, the court was told yesterday.

Receivers for Glencullen Properties Ltd, the company formerly owned by Mr Cullen, have been seeking to remove the celebrity businesswoman from Killegy House, Killarney, in Co Kerry.
