Horsebreeders banking on success

Euro Stallions has got off to a flying start, supplying horse semen to the domestic and foreign markets, writes Trish Dromey.

Getting off to a galloping start this year, Tullamore, Co Offaly, company Euro Stallions has set up a service offering semen from over 50 of the world’s top 100 stallions to horsebreeders in Europe and the US.

Identifying a niche for Ireland’s first dedicated agency of its kind, founder Emma-Rose Conroy has set up a storage and supply facility which now provides chilled and frozen semen from over 150 stallions including show-jumping, dressage and event horses.
