Hibernia REIT plans to raise €300m
The company — one of the new breed of property investment funds to have floated on the Irish Stock Exchange in the past year — said yesterday that it plans to fund further property investments (comprising both new acquisitions and capital expenditure on its existing portfolio) from funds raised from a firm placing and an open offer.
Under the firm’s proposal, some 71.4 million new ordinary shares will be issued via the firm placing, raising €75m in gross proceeds.
